Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Belfed Analytics service, including the websites belfed.com and belfed.ru, the Telegram bot @BelfedBot, and our private Telegram channels (together, the "Service"). By starting a trial or subscribing, you agree to these Terms together with our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who provides the Service

The Service is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Artem I. Fedorov (INN 781103296545, OGRNIP 326784700016572), St. Petersburg, Russian Federation. Contact: contact@belfed.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You also confirm that using the Service is not prohibited by applicable laws of your country of residence.

3. What you get

The Service provides educational and informational trading content, including market analysis, idea write-ups with entry/stop/target levels, position lifecycle updates, and access to private Telegram channels. The content is published using the R-system as described in our Disclaimer.

4. Trial access

• New users may receive a 14-day free trial to the private Telegram channel.
• No payment method is required to activate the trial.
• You must provide a valid email address to receive service notifications and exercise your data-subject rights.
• Trial access is one per person. We reserve the right to revoke trials that appear to be abusive (multiple accounts, automated sign-ups, etc.).
• At the end of the trial, access to the private channel ends automatically unless you start a paid subscription.

5. Paid subscription

• Primary payment method: Tribute (a Telegram-integrated payment provider) for both Russian Ruble and foreign-currency (USD and other) payments via Russian and international bank cards. Payment is completed inside the Tribute interface in Telegram or via a link issued by @BelfedBot.
• Additional payment methods may be offered at our discretion and include YooKassa and Telegram Stars. The current list of available methods is shown on the checkout screen at the moment of purchase.
• The base subscription price is $15 / 1,500 RUB per 30 calendar days. We may run temporary promotions and discounted offers for selected user groups or periods; the actual price is shown on the pricing page at the moment of purchase. We may change the base price for future billing periods with at least 14 days' prior notice — you may decline auto-renewal at the new price before the next charge.
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each 30-day billing period by recurring charge to the payment instrument used at first payment and stored by the payment provider. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time via the Cancel subscription button inside the Tribute interface in Telegram, via /cancel sent to @BelfedBot, or from the member dashboard. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Payment receipts and supporting documents are issued and delivered by the chosen payment provider (Tribute / YooKassa / Telegram) in accordance with its own rules and applicable law.

6. Refunds

You may withdraw from the subscription and request a full refund within 7 calendar days of payment, provided that you have not used access to the private channel or other Service materials. This reflects the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content of satisfactory quality.

From the moment you first use access to the private channel or other Service materials, the service is treated as substantively delivered and the payment for the current billing period is non-refundable, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise. Cancelling auto-renewal stops future charges but does not refund the already-paid period.

Refund requests should be sent to contact@belfed.com with the payment date, payment identifier, and Telegram account. We review requests within 10 business days; refunds are issued through the same payment method used for the original payment, within the timeframes set by the relevant payment provider's rules. Telegram Stars purchases additionally follow the refund rules set by Telegram.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell or redistribute Service content, trade ideas, channel access or invite links;
• Attempt to bypass authentication, scrape data at scale, or interfere with the Service;
• Use the Service for unlawful activities or in jurisdictions where doing so is prohibited;
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity to obtain a trial.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of this section without refund.

8. No financial advice

All Service content is informational and educational. It is not investment, financial, tax or legal advice and is not tailored to your personal situation. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Full risk disclosure is set out in our Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

All trade write-ups, analytics, charts, branding, and software are the intellectual property of Belfed Analytics or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to view the content during your active subscription. Reproduction, redistribution or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belfed Analytics, its owners and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of trading gains or loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA or the UK, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction over the controller's place of business, subject to mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify users in the member dashboard and/or by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
